We provide business consulting services, including but not limited to strategic planning, business transformation, operational improvements, and pre-sale preparation for companies. All services are delivered as agreed upon in writing between the Company and the Client.

3. Fees and Payment
Fees for consulting services will be outlined in a separate written agreement or invoice.
Payment terms, including deposits and due dates, will be specified in your service agreement.
Late payments may incur penalties, including interest charges or service suspension.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive business information shared during consulting engagements. Confidentiality obligations will be detailed in a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), if applicable.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, recommendations, or other intellectual property created by the Company during the consulting engagement remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.
7. No Guarantees
While we strive to provide valuable insights and strategies, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Success depends on various factors beyond our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with written notice. The Client remains responsible for any outstanding payments due at the time of termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Connecticut before resorting to litigation.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
